Directions from North Inland

1. Take 15 South to 163 South.
2. Exit on Balboa Ave West, heading towards the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach area.
3. Go West on Balboa Ave. approximately 4 miles, turn right at the stoplight on Moraga Ave.
4. Turn right immediately onto Monair Drive.
5. Take your first left to De Anza View Medical Center complex.
6. Go straight up the driveway to 2nd level (short hill), turn left behind building B, and park.
7. Located in Suite B-214 in far west corner of building, in hallway, on parking lot level.

Directions from North County

1. Take 5 South.
2. Exit the Balboa/Garnet exit (Pacific Beach/Mission Beach area).
3. Turn left on Garnet Avenue (3rd stop light).
4. Pass the World’s Gym and go under the freeway, Garnet then changes into Balboa
   Ave. Get into the left-hand lane ASAP.
5. Come to the first stoplight and make a left on Moraga Avenue.
6. Turn right immediately onto Monair Drive.
7. Take your first left into the De Anza View Medical Center complex.
8. Go straight up driveway to 2nd level (short hill), turn left behind building B, and park.
9. Located in Suite B-214 in far west corner of building, in hallway, on parking lot level.

Directions from Southeast County

1. Take 94 West to 5 North.
2. Follow the rest of directions for South County.

Directions from South County

1. Take 5 North past the downtown area. Ignore the exits for Balboa Park.
2. You will want to use the Balboa Ave exit, about 7 miles North of downtown.
3. Just past Grand/Garnet, take the Balboa (East) Avenue exit.
4. When on Balboa get into the left-hand lane ASAP.
5. Come to first stoplight and make a left on Moraga Avenue.
6. Turn right immediately onto Monair Drive.
7. Take your first left into the De Anza View Medical Center complex.
8. Go straight up driveway to 2nd level (short hill), turn left behind building B, and park.
9. Located in Suite B-214 in far west corner of building, in hallway, on parking lot level.
